learning Buddhist meditation techniques. We will introduce Shamata,
Vipassana, Maitri, and walking meditation and look at the Buddhist
understanding behind these practices. This six-week course is open to
anyone looking for support and guidance to establish and maintain a
daily meditation practice. Chairs will be provided; bring cushions or
benches if you have them.
