London Commons Meeting Minutes

Present:
Jeremy McNaughton, Mike McGregor, Matti Paquiz, Ian Doig, Lauren Muffin, Melissa
Parrot, Agata, and Holly Weaver.

Discussion
of:

-Commons moving to .ca

-Explanation of “Say Goodbye” post

-Transferring responsibility for the
Commons to Mike McGregor

-Having the Commons still be hosted
through Figure and Ground

-Costs
include $20-30 for helping to host

-Proposal: Mike would steward the commons and
have the account in his name. This would mean that he would take responsibility
for the $20-30 costs and be both financially and legally responsible for the
commons. Mike is understands and is accepting of the proposal.

-None
opposed. Motion passed.

-Streamlining the Commons, which
might, at a later date, include:

-Offering an open-source function of the Commons
for construction.

-Several meetings to discuss what to eliminate.
