Community Kitchen - rent by the day!

We are opening a second cafe at Briscoe and Wharncliffe called The Briscoe and it has a commercial kitchen. We only need the kitchen once a week to make our own food so we want to offer to rent the commercial premises out by the day to people who want to use it. Usually rental for a commercial facility runs $12-35 an hour because you can legally sell what you make there. Instead of doing that kind of pay scale, we want to encourage people who do community events, or who want to start up their own biz, or whatever to use this kitchen as a cheap way to get things done.
